These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.amsterdamphotobooth.com and any services provided by Amsterdam Photo Booth, including photo booth rentals for events, long-term installations, and mobile/custom booths. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Website Use & Eligibility
Our website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using this site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Account creation is not required for standard services but may be necessary for long-term rental clients or promotional collaborations.
2. Services & Commercial Terms
Amsterdam Photo Booth offers short-term rentals (e.g. festivals, clubs, pop-ups), long-term installations (e.g. retail, hospitality), and fully customized branded booths. All services are tailored and quoted on request. Services may include booth design, branding, on-site installation, remote management, photo printing, and data capture.
-3. Bookings & Payment Methods
- Bookings are confirmed once we receive written confirmation and a deposit or full payment.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, PayPal, and other offline arrangements (subject to agreement).
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.
4. Right to Modify or Cancel Offers
Amsterdam Photo Booth reserves the right to adjust prices, service availability, or withdraw an offer at any time prior to confirmation. We will communicate any changes in writing where possible.
5. Service Guarantee & Responsibilities
We aim to provide reliable, high-quality service and make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues during an event or rental period. In case of failure (e.g. power outage, connectivity problems, booth malfunction), compensation may include a partial refund or service rescheduling at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, design elements, and photos — is the property of Amsterdam Photo Booth unless otherwise stated. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or reuse these materials without written permission.
7. Suspension or Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or accounts in case of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. For long-term rentals, early termination must be discussed contractually.
8. Use of Photos & Media
Unless otherwise agreed, Amsterdam Photo Booth reserves the right to use images captured during events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and portfolio materials. Clients may opt out in writing.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Amsterdam Photo Booth and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the website or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
